Excatly, it doesn't really matter but was just curious if it was. I mean when I was 73 pounds heavier I technically fasted every few minutes for a few minutes and then right back to eating. :D

I couldn't eat all my calories if I tried which is weird because I used to go WAY over without thinking about it. Now that I have trained myself and do think about it there no way I come near my allotted calories.

Yeah I'm sorry guess for the negativity. Just a little annoyed by the scale this morning. These last 15 are just stubborn as hell. I knew it was gonna be a pain but I didn't think it was gonna be this much of a pain in the butt. Again sorry for the negativity and thanks for the replies.

Yeah fluctuations I get that but I thought there 204s were over. Between 200 and 203 but I guess seeing 204 I did not like. You are right though, it's all good. See what tomorrow brings.

I'm just about 100% sure I'm in a calorie deficit. I have an extremely active job and I'm not quite as disciplined as I was when I need to lose 80 pounds but I'm not way way off. Yes, that is a PERFECT way to describe it. Just ride it out and it will go away. Also maybe I felt "really hungry" this morning because I had pizza last night. We had Sicilian pizza which is a lot of carbs. Maybe there is a correlation to what you ate the day before? Interesting, thanks guys.

Definitely had some eat at or close to maintenance days at times, mostly on weekends.

I'm 5.7 about 200 pounds now, down from 272. 190 is the goal because I was there once and liked it, plus BMI is under obese. It's a totally different day today. No idea what was going on yesterday but I was starving all day. Opposite today, all under control.

The thing is I have been trying to lose this last 10-15 pounds for 6 months and getting really, really annoyed. I mean really annoyed. I've been bouncing around between 199 and 204 for 6-8 months when I want to be 190-185. I really don't know what to do here?
