Huh, maybe an issue on MFP part?
-
Thank you, I will try and find that and try that.
-
Yes, this is exactly. 90% of the battle is being conscience of what you are doing, what you are eating. Its really a big thing when you get that under control.
-
I agree and honestly had no idea how much went into it.
-
Yeah, I think it's a Italian thing but I rarely eat sandwichs anymore and it's never cold cuts and NEVER ever mayo. Definitely was just bad habits and overeating.
-
Thanks guys, I think you are right. I think it was just nothing over eating. I had no idea how much went into binge eating.
-
Mine says I'm down 0.6 pounds in the last 7 days, .2 pounds a week I guess is the average and I'm down 1.6 pounds for the month. Trend is 202.5 and expected date is June 2021 which is WAY too far away. What do you maybe if those numbers.
-
Ya know it's funny you guys mention hunger, I never really felt hungry. I was almost a bottomless pit. In ate for taste definitely and I could eat a lot. I guess your saying maybe I want a "binge eater". Thanks for all the replies.
-
Excellent info, thank you. You can change the setting to 2 weeks instead of 1? I didn't know that.
-
Well after more than a month if using this app. it says my weight loss per week has slowed to .5 pounds a week which I guess is ok being down 72-73 pounds and 12 more or so to go. Is that enough time with this app to get a good idea if my average weight loss? I guess it's so much does than when I was losing 1-2 pounds per…

Yeah it's interesting, and I like using it but it's just a tiny bit complicated.
-
Thanks for the help. I thought for sure, I mean for sure I'd be at my goal of 190 by now. I was 201 in June. Can't seem to get to the actually goal. I guess that's why I get annoyed. Thanks again.
-
Yeah I'm gonna keep using it, is interesting. I'm gonna put in whatever it is in the morning and see how things go.
-
Yeah that may be true. Maybe just going on vacation for 5-6 days messed things up so much that I'm just coming out of it now and getting back to normal. I was 201.0 this morning. Thanks for the info.
-
I do the same, most of the time I just can't hit that goal because I'm not hungry and I don't want to ear anymore. It's just that simple.
-
Thanks, I'm using the Libra app, working great do far. I like it, I think it's gonna help with calming me down. Thanks for the words of encouragement, appreciate it.
-
And so just a few days later, this morning I was 201.6. very strange the human body and the scale. I can't wait to see 190 on that scale. I came to far not to see that goal.
-
I don't know what to do with it. The messy oily runny part is annoying not it tastes great. I just mix as I go, store it in the pantry.
-
Awesome job! Looking great! Hitting those goals is so exciting isn't it?
-
Got the Kirkland organic peanut butter and its really good. Its oily of course so you have to mix it but its very good peanut butter.
-
Thanks, I put today in and will enter in every day and see what it says on 3-4 weeks. I'm kinda curious to see the results.
-
I kinda like weighing in everyday. I feel better knowing that not knowing, it's just those bad ones really suck. I'm gonna see what happens and make a decision.
-
I found Libra, I'll set it up later.
-
Yeah, ya know when you see a number you didn't expect sometimes you have a little meltdown. I had one this morning. I did NOT like seeing that number at all.
-
Ya know I would like up use an app. like that but I couldn't find it in my app. store on my phone. I'll look again but didn't find it the first time. That's a good app. I hear.
-
Thanks, maybe I'll not weigh in every day and return Friday or next Monday.
-
I did check the label. I checked it directly from the Costco website. Those are the only ingredients. I'm gonna get some on Monday.
-
The Kirkland organic peanut butter is peanuts, and sea salt. That's just about as clean as it gets I think. Says organic dry roasted.
-
Thanks guys, has some peanut butter today when I got home from work. I honestly put Peanut butter as my second favorite food, Pizza and the PB. We are going to Costco Monday and I'm gonna get Kirkland Organic peanut butter. I saw that is a super clean PB.

I actually love PB Fit for different things like in protein shakes but I haven't made actual peanut butter right. I always screw it up. Anyone actually use PB2 or PB Fit to make peanut butter?
