I use spaghetti squash instead of the noodles, cook the chicken and i use just a jarred alfredo sauce. its really yummy and hits the spot!

I believe in you. you can do it. I have a personal trainer I see every week, when my schedule allows me to. Here lately, my schedule has not allowed me to see her. I feel bad, but what can i do?
