The MFP calorie data is mostly wrong. Be sure you're checking calorie counts on package labels, or on the USDA database.

Lowered blood pressure; my blood pressure seems to be very responsive to my weight. Looking better is a nice fringe benefit, but might not have motivated me all by itself.

No soda, no fruit juice, no wine... my only drinks are water, unsweetened tea, and black coffee. Takes away all the decision-making and saves a bunch of money.
