  • I can 100% hear my Mother in the back of my head now to the 10 year old me that I "should not be eating that, you don't need that, there are vegetables in the fridge" so I think there is a lot of validity to that thought!
  • I used to buy a dozen donuts for my staff, buy 3 separate for me to eat before getting to work and then have one of the dozen because one is normal - four is not. I completely feel the twisted non-logical thought process concept!
  • I am here with you. I got on the scale in January and almost puked, didn't cry but it was close at 233.2. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and know that any progress is progress and it won't be overnight! Keep your head up girl!!!
  • My plan has been tracking daily, shooting for 1200-1600 calories a day, 50ish net carbs and a few 2-3 mile dog walks a week. Nothing crazy restrictive!

  • Based on your food diary you are eating under 1200 calories more days than you don't. I have found that eating some extra calories (1400-1500 a day vs. 1200 and that extra in protein) helps me drop the weight when I stall. Hang in there, drink your water and measure! You got this!

  • I stalled at week 4. I dropped 12 lbs fast then struggled all February to lose 3! Now 6 days into March I have lost more than I did all February. It was frustrating but I stuck with it and now am seeing results. Like rmac18 said, its not linear! Just keep swimming like Dori says and you'll do great!
  • I lost 50lbs drinking 2 tbsp of Coconut Cream Coffemate every morning. I wasn't willing to let that go and I am ok drinking the carbs because I am dirty keto and proud of it! lol I might have lost more quicker not doing it but I would rather be happy everyday than try to force something down I don't like!

  • I like Kroger carb master yogurt or sugar free jello pudding chocolate/vanilla swirl. Worth the 5g carbs if it fits in your macros in my opinion! I put in in the freezer for 15 minutes before I eat it so it’s super cold too
