I drink 60ml of sweetened creamer every day. I limit myself to that amount only and fit the amount of coffee into that amount of creamer. I use it for a few things: Mixed with Dawn dish soap to clean my shower As a rinse for my hair To stop hiccups. When I get hiccups, they can last for days. The only thing I've ever found to stop them is a shot of vinegar.

The only time I've ever used that much cinnamon was to make ornaments at Christmas!! You'll need to multiply your 170 calories by 2 or 3 to get an accurate count---if that matters to you.

I add each individual component that I can identify and then a healthy dose of oil and salt. I try to over-estimate, but most often even when I try to over-estimate, I wind up under-estimating.

True enough. I stick to a tiny amount of regular pasta and a heaping amount of tomato based sauce. It fills me up and doesn't leave me wanting more. I sometimes swap regular noodles for "alt" noodles of various kinds. That also works for me.
