Push ups are hard for anyone.

My wife can do loads of proper form push ups. I can't do any! I'd be modified all the way. Sounds like you have a goal to aim form. Get googling how to do a pushup. Also remember that you are pushing your body weight so it will take time and patience.

Question - what do you mean by "weights" - as that is quite broad? In terms of practicality I wouldn't use a barbell (I don't think?) but I might use strongman equipment? - I like using axel stones for HIIT. I love this conversation so much haha! I usually eat new potatoes and have 100g which I weigh out. Usually ends up being between 2 and 2.5 potatoes. I would weigh it and stick the amount of grams in and use the same entry each time.

If you have bad form it means you don't know how to do the lifts correctly. Learning correct form for squats, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press could pay in dividends in terms of "toning up".
