Pizza...all freaking day. I have gotten to the point that I allow myself to have it once every couple weeks or once a month now. Instead of eating the entire thing like I used to, I throw half of it in the trash immediately...upside down.

I added. Starting my lifting a few months back after a weight loss journey. Experimenting with splits and specific targeting days. Doing about 4-5 days/week.

#5 echoes for me on the body dysmorphia (kinda) side. I saw a picture of me hiking the other day taken by a friend. If I didn't know that was me (I was there and knew she was taking the picture)...I wouldn't have recognized it. I'm still a fat guy in my mind, even though all the actual evidence points in the opposite…

If your current way of living keeps bringing the weight back, you gotta look at switching it up full-time. Start small (e.g stop drinking soda). But it has to be a lifestyle change that works for you and is sustainable. We've all been there...let us help motivate. Stay strong 💪
