Just aiming for balance - let's be friends?

Hi there

My goal is not to loose weight, but to practise healthy and balanced eating habits. I want to get consistent in giving my body the fuel it needs (not replacing all meals with multiple chocolate bars and feeling like crap). I don't adhere to any particular diet regime, I don't fast. I move my body in ways I enjoy every day (walking, running, biking, lifting.. ). I'd love to make some likeminded friends. Feel free to add me :)
