My goal is to be completely fit. Gain muscle in place of fat. I’m 37, I’m 5’9 and trying to loose lbs but that is kind of a struggle but I’m making progress. Just time consuming and requires lots of patience, so hard to do lol. Please don’t hesitate to join me on my journey 😉

    I am active here as of recent. I need to gain body mass and muscle and peak fitness. Want to find people to motivate and be motivated!

    24 miles to run
    2 miles to swim.
    A TON of miles to bike.
    Good until august. Lol let the game begins.

    Hey there! I'm David. Restarting myself after a successful 40 pound loss back in 2015 and a long slow climb back up 30 pounds. Oh well, at least I know I can do it. Motivation for me is a upcoming October hike in the Himalayas. I want to leave the weight back here, rather than haul it up the mountains ;)
