  • You can do it! Make YOU a priority every day! Be consistent as much as you can! You don’t have to be perfect so don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day or didn’t eat the way you planned etc. Stuff happens. Be patient and in time you will be glad you didn’t quit. 😊

  • Love this. I’m 55 and finally gave up alcohol. I was able to quit on my own but the main reason is that’s counterintuitive to my health and fitness goals. It just doesn’t fit in the puzzle. I’ve been alcohol free for 16 months! Wish I did this a looong time ago!
  • I have one week left of the Toned in 90 program and the stupid app won’t load the whole routine. This happened one day early in the program too. Apparently it’s something on their end. But so frustrating. I had to wing it yesterday. It has kept me motivated. The gym workout plan isn’t anything crazy but it definitely made…
  • Month 3/day 11! I haven’t missed a workout. I have got better planning meals. My weight is where it should be and I’m definitely stronger! I can do full plank pushups with ease! 3 sets of 15!! Woo-hoo! My arms look amazing! I’ve been following the weight routine with 20-25 minutes on the stair master / treadmill.…
  • I also quit drinking! Best thing I ever did! It’s been about 16months since I had any alcohol 👍
  • Day 27: so basically month 1 is done. I do notice a change. I’m starting to see the definition. I only missed one day. Leg day. I overdid it and had pain. So I nursed that. Ok now. Had maybe 3 days I didn’t follow the meal plan. Going out and indulging — learning that it’s ok as long as every day there isn’t an excuse. I’m…
  • I found it helpful NOT having sweets in the house so I don’t binge. (But my husband doesn’t always help haha) So…. Eating 5 small meals during the day so I don’t get starving and lose control is how I’ve been managing. I know…. Simple right? I actually have to plan ahead or I will forget to eat those in between meals. I’m…
  • Ha. Just saw this post I put up 4yrs ago. I still crave sweets but currently have it under control. I’m not binging at night anymore. 👍 yay me
  • I think you’ve come to the right place! Keep checking in the community for motivation and information/ideas. It keeps the focus!
  • Still going. Day 3 done. No cardio. I will post progress the end of the month vs daily. I didn’t take photos to start. 👀 I will do that tomorrow and post at the end. Hoping for more arm and leg definition, lose the back fat and tone the glutes! The motivation is keeping me more focused on nutrition.
  • Day 2 done 👍. Honestly I feel like just a handful of exercises is too easy but I’m sore so I guess I’m doing something right! I have to do 20minutes of treadmill or stair climber after. It’s just not enough if I don’t. ((I’m used to doing HIIT.)) 2 days of good eating. Macros are in the range I want.
  • Day 1 gym workout done. I did the weight routine and added 20minutes on the treadmill. Nutrition macros were adequate. A good start!
  • Not offended...I just think "addiction" is thrown around pretty willy nilly a lot of the time. I believe compulsive over-eating is an addiction...and there is over-eaters anonymous to provide support for that as there are usually underlying issues that need to be dealt with similar to alcoholism. But sugar in and of itself…
  • And I made it a whole 2 days so far without sugar. I have a headache which I believe is a sign of withdrawal since I never get headaches normally. Yesterday I avoided homemade cookies. Today I avoided chips and more cookies. That’s probably 1500 calories that I would have normally eaten of non nutritional food.
  • As a challenge, would you be able to not have any bad foods? I think I would see significant changes — like all that hard work at the gym would show more. I’m doing this as a challenge even though I eat very well — minus the chips, cookies, bagels, ice cream and chocolate that I have at least one of daily.
  • I’m looking at real food vs junk food. If it’s not considered good for you then why eat it? And sugar is a true addiction. Sure I made it thru day one but it is hard resisting temptation.
  • I’m not doing it to lose weight. I’m actually pretty fit @ 125lb. I’m looking at food for what it is. If it’s considered junk, then it’s junk. And I’m addicted to it! 😩😂.
