Lol I’m probably gonna get blasted, but people usually have a hard time in the beginning of any IF schedule. Hi!! I do keto and IF since the end of march 2019 and I’m down 48lbs total (I got MFP after I had already lost a bit) it’s been so easy that I know I can sustain this for the foreseeable future.
