The only one I've ever used that works and has no negative side effects is the Fat Burner by Alani Nu. I don't think it burns fat at all, but it makes me focused (not jittery or hyper) and does reduce my appetite. I've taken prescription phentermine and it didn't work like this. I find it very motivating, but for some people it can be damaging. It has helped me become more attuned to my body. You have to understand that weight fluctuates due to a variety of reasons. Try it, but if you find yourself getting upset by it then I would stop.

Feel free to add me! I eat around 1200-1400 calories w/o exercise and it's been great for me. I've lost 30lbs so far.
