I did it for a while. The only thing I can think to tell you is google some paleo recipes. There are also a number of books you could read for paleo recipes. It sucks trying to make meals interesting without bread or pasta lol. Load up on vegetables because that's about the only way to get the carbohydrates you need.

I hate running, but for me it's a necessary evil. It's as good of a mental workout as it is a physical one (in a sense). I prefer crossfit or lifting weights. Olympic lifting is fun too.

I don't disagree, but I tend to redline. A nice easy run is great; a 3-5 mile run where I'm suffering before the first miles sucks lol. Feels good afterwards though.
