    Attempting my first fast day.... armed with my green tea and there's no vending machines at work. I lost about 30 lbs when I got divorced a few years ago, I swear it just fell off - I didn't do anything. Somehow finding out your 42 year old husband has a 19 yo gf apparently is an awesome weight loss program. Now I'm in a healthy relationship with a wonderful man (and really happy) - and dang, I let 20 lbs sneak back on over a 2 year course.
