Thats pretty cool, I'll check it out.

App yelling at me and completionism.

How many calories is that blackstrap molasses ... I only have 300 to spare each day.
-
Only on the premium version can I look back at 7 days to get a nutrient summary AND click on the amount to see PRECISELY which foods provided those amounts.
-
That was a joke.

I'm sure it will evolve over time but its extremely easy while I'm dieting, I like baked beans. Once I get down to a happy weight I'll have more calories to play with. It pretty much hits all the nutritional needs with a few minor tweaks.
-
Interesting, I thought baked beans would be my only salt in the diet but it turns out canned peas was almost as much. Gonna swap those out for frozen.

The chart 113lbs to 102 lbs is not comparable to my case. Whats strange is that the last time I did this with 1500 calories per day I lost 20lbs in a perfect straight line, losing 0.15kg every day. Though certainly I didnt lose as much in the first 18 days so anyway we will see how it goes.
-
Lets not go there
-
Sounds like for you nobodys experience is valid unless they died with that weight loss lol.

Its changed as I lost weight but I burn naturally around 2200, the lunch is 800 for fried protein, around 300 for the rest of the salad. Then I'll have 200 in fruit, 450 with 3 granola bars so 1750 but I don't weigh it any more so it could be 1750 or it could be 1950, some evenings I'll binge 600 calories if my body says…

Sure, I've done lots of restrictive diets and they make me unhappy. But I like the food I eat now, I don't find it particularly restrictive and this time around I feel *kitten* healthy. I actually like my salad + large meat + veggies and what I have from 3pm to 8pm doesn't matter too much as long as I don't overeat. I've…

Thats because I split it into 1/4, 1/4 and final meal 1/2 of the daily calories, so I never forget where I am at and don't snack in between meals. [/quote]
-
I'm not familiar with the diet. How about nuts, easy to rack up calories with walnuts, almonds, cashews.
-
I bet you burn a lot of calories trying to get the meat off a squirrel. My friends would hunt deer when I was young. I only hunted fish.
-
That formula was exactly what I was looking for having just bought a new cool blender. My only question is I don't have those types of waters. I have lots of yoghurt (fruit and greek). Do I just do like 1/2 yogurt 1/2 water you think?
-
Yeah looks like I can text it on Iphone too, I suppose its something.
-
Well to get to 3500 don't you need like 15 cups of spinach or something like that.
-
Thats pretty cool, a nice resource
-
Guess my link didn't post but yeah that one is protein, carb, fat, fibre vs calories. Pretty awesome.
-
I see this one, though it doesn't have all the nutrients on it, same concept though
-
Google says no food or water for 16-24 hours. I don't think fasting while depressed is a good idea, leaves you with even less energy to do things to distract your mind from the problems.
-
Well that makes no sense, when you create a recipe you can "tweet" it. If nobody can see it on twitter then pointless. The URL itself is not user specific, I would guess this is a bug.
-
Because the app says I don't eat enough fruits and veggies. My plate does not look like
-
So for example you can't see this recipe I created? https://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/view/98713175108973

Who questions salt/seasoning your food for cooking ! I can only imagine what Gordon Ramsay would say. No idea about the potassium salt for cooking, sounds weird though, maybe just use less salt. Isn't salt just an issue for the average person if you are not eating healthily? (Junk food/processed etc)
-
OMAD sounds pretty brutal. When I read about it seems to indicate it is for people who don't count calories (one plate, various rules for that plate) and didn't sound very healthy. Perhaps just eat again within that 4 hour window so you at least get your minimum nutrition needs.

Interesting, I have no intention of giving up my candy. I already gave up beer and pepsi. I usually have 300 calories spare at the end of the day to splurge as a grown man child which is a lot of sour jelly beans.
-
My wife doesn't track calories but she is Asian and her default diet doesn't require it. She eats 1pm to 11pm apart from coffee and eats lots of greens, soups. noodles, nuts, little protein, never sweet things.
-
Sure I could take potassium tablets but that is not recommended.
