Yes please. I will add you. I’m not doing well I had a full tub of Hagen daas yesterday all by myself whilst I binge watched Scandal. I’m getting bigger by the day. I’m ok during th day but at night I can’t stop giving up and binge eating 😭😭😭

I’m still within my calorie goal 😇 it’s so tough though as I’ve not been calorie counting or exercising regularly for months. So difficult getting back on track. I am fine during the day but struggle to control binging at night 😢

Sometimes it’s all water weight. I have worked out non stop and maintained a calorie deficit for two week, but never lost any weight??? Although my body looked thinner the scales didn’t corroborate any weight loss. All I could put it down to was water weight or building muscle by accident, instead of losing fat. 🧐

To anyone that can’t be bothered working out just do even 5 mins of cardio - you feel so much better and positive after. I haven’t exercised for a few days and couldn’t be bothered but I made myself start and I managed 20 mins. Feel a lot better and productive.🏋🏻♀️ 30 day shreddddd... hope everyone is well.

If you go on your stairs and do steps ups fast you will see it’s the same intensity as running except you go one up and then one down.
