    Add me too. I would like motivation and consistency with exercising in the morning. I was exercising regularly at first and then slacked off. I am slowly losing weight even though I am not exercising. I want to be fit and toned so I need to be doing strength training at home.
    I am doing great with my meals during the week. The weekend are more challenging. I started at 173 pounds. I weight 156 pounds. My goal is 150.
