@kikina I had that same issue and I found out it was because I was eating too many almonds. I stopped them anc the pain went away.

I have gotten quite a bit of useful information from YouTube without ever having to buy any advertised products or falling for ‘sales ploys’. The only thing I’ve spent money on is food ;)
