I don't know if anyone can help, but I'm really struggling with getting enough fats. I also keep going over on my protien and carbs. Any suggestions?

Maybe it would help if you gave an idea of what you are eating on a typical Keto day. I do IF and OMAD so it makes it very easy for me to stay on track.

On Monday I had 1/2 an avacado, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and two fried eggs. For lunch I had a beef hamburger, 1/2 an avacado, 1/2 of a tomato, and a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. For dinner I had baked salmon, and mixed vegetables with broccoli and coliflower. I added butter and olive oil throughout the day with the meals. Above is my Macro chart for that day.
    Any suggestions?

Personally I am on the same diet. I cut out the meat completely and having eggs as my main meal with coconut oil, mct oil, olive oil, and avocado oil. Try having thirty grams of nuts per serving since they are so high in fats. Try avoiding almonds since they are so high in omega 6s which is a pro inflammatory component which you do not want. Try walnuts, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, hemps seeds, pecans, and chia seeds. But the meat is what got me, it’s hard to get off since it is a main replacement, but patience is key and finding what’s right for you takes time.

I don't do keto, but I think 25g is plenty low. I believe the important thing is keeping carbs low, I don't think there is a specific amount of fats you must have. And you're super close to your chosen % anyway.

Looks to me like you're doing fine. You don't have to micro manage macros, just use them as a guide

Thank you! This makes a little more sense now. It is very hard to cut back on the meat!
