Hi, thanks. Yes, everything is weighed on an electronic food scale. I've been weighing food for quite a while and know the importance of checking portions because I was overestimating portions by a long way before the food scale. Im trying to stick to macros as I've read one gets best results from this.

Funny story, I have always been fascinated with Dracula/Vampires etc. Wanted to put Dracula as the name in an arcade game but it only took 6 characters. Dracul stuck. ZA is because I'm in South Africa. Only later did I find out about Vlad II Dracul or Vlad II The Dragon, who was father of Vlad the Impaler.

Week 3. I've found that I seem to alternate with great loses every second week and modest loses every alternate week.
