Well done! It's clear to see that your hard work is paying off. I think the most important part of any "journey" like this is to get your mindset right and clearly you've done that! Keep it up!

Wow, looking great. Excellent work. Well done on your weight loss!

Congratulations!! Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys, for the responses. @LiveOnceBeHappy, that makes. Finding why I started this in the first place, that feeling of being healthy and feeling better. I know why I did this to start with and it scares me to think that I've let myself gain the weight again after, exactly as you said, feeling better and healthier.β¦

I started with the Vivoactive 4 about 3 years ago. Then upgraded to a Fenix 6x Sapphire in March of 2020. Gave the Vivoactive to a friend and it's still going strong though he doesn't use it for the tracking and just more as a smart watch. My Fenix 6 is going strong as well. Obviously if I track GPS and listen to musicβ¦

Just an update on the above: On the 15th I weighed in at 160.3kg/353.4lbs Throughout the week I have been sticking to within 10g of my macro goal and averaging between 2450 and 2550 calories a day (suggested calories by MFP is 2590cal). I haven't been doing extra exercising during the day other than the usual walk to theβ¦
-
@heybales Indeed, I have come to realize this and have now started WW3 :D . I've been using the MFP calculation since the start and made the mistake of getting a calculator from another site, in order to explain why I was eating 2500 calories a day, because it was quicker than delving into the data that I had used to setβ¦

I've been on this site long enough to know that everyone is pedantic LOL. I should have known better. I have my MFP account linked to my Garmin so when I do exercise, it automatically imports my exercise. While I know that it may not be completely accurate, it give a good idea of the calories burned. I have honestly veryβ¦

Thanks again for all the comments/advice/pointers. @cmriverside, I've gone back and checked what my goals setup was when I joined MFP and I see that I put lightly active in the exercise bit. The calculation that MFP did shows that my nutrition goal in order to get to my goal weight of 130kg from 166kg (when I started)β¦

Right, I'm with you. I think I probably phrased it incorrectly. Below is an extract from a BMR calculator which shows and intake of 3000 calories for a sedentary activity level. That 3000 less the 500 for weight loss comes to the 2500 calories. MFP asks for all the info originally when you sign up and I filled in theβ¦
-
Thanks for the advise. I'm sticking to getting at least 2450 calories a day at the moment as MFP calculated BMR at around 2950 and suggested I eat +-500 calories below to lose weight at an even and sustainable rate. I've been bad with exercise this week so haven't needed to eat extra calories but as you say, definitelyβ¦

I'm going to try to stick to within 10g of goal for my macros for a few weeks (I've only been really diligent with this for the past week) and eating close to 2450 calories per day, to see how the body feels. As you say, my calorie requirement will drop as the weight comes off. Eating the exercise calories is a challengeβ¦

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions guys. Really appreciated
