I added each weeks weigh in to my calendar and made a paper schedule and put it on my fridge. This serves me twice, first to remind me what I need to do for the challenge, second to remind me not to eat snacks

My exercise plan is to do more walking, practice my Tai Chi more and to add strength training in the mix. Simply put I plan to move more and intentionally.

I plan to add more lean protein to my diet. I feel it is necessary if I am going to build muscle. I also plan on cutting back on snacks and carbs. I also plan to kick my exercise up a notch
