I added each weeks weigh in to my calendar and made a paper schedule and put it on my fridge. This serves me twice, first to remind me what I need to do for the challenge, second to remind me not to eat snacks

I really enjoyed the articles. I tend to listen to my body and to eat nutritional food in healthy portions. However if I am extremely emotional it all goes out the window, ice cream here I come :D . My exercise plan is to do more walking, practice my Tai Chi more and to add strength training in the mix. Simply put I plan to move more and intentionally.

I plan to add more lean protein to my diet. I feel it is necessary if I am going to build muscle. I also plan on cutting back on snacks and carbs. I also plan to kick my exercise up a notch
