Happy Hump Day My Family Of Fitness Beasts. The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat. Don't wish for it.. .work for it! Don't be afraid to go after what you want to do and what you want to be, and don't be afraid to pay the price to get it. Pain is temporary, but quitting is forever. So let's embrace the suck.
