ohh things I hate.. twiddled down to 5!? 1) The nightmare that I had last night, was knocked up! Scary! 2) Out of coffee creamer, kids drank it think it was chocolate milk 3) It is humid! And I refuse to turn on the AC. 4) My husbands smoking. Yuck! Nasty! Gross! 5) My old coot of a landlord!

I have been doing this for a while, unknowing there was a term for it. Some days have nothing more then water and coffee. I dont feel a need to binge the next day at all. I feel refreshed. I count Calories and sodium. Salt will lead to water weight. Makes the scale go up! Make sure you are a label reader! Cheese had TONS of Sodium for the little that you eat! It is a life style change. Takes along time to get a new habit or routine going. Keep at it! You will see a a difference in measurements and weight.…

They (ie friends) think that I already look good and that i would look funny at 145. shoot once i get there Might go for 130! Most of my friend/coworkers are overweight. I did not go to college. no debt from school loans Husband did, he does not nor ever had a job in his field. I curse ever time we sit down and pay that damn bill! but that was his choice vs mine.. Free country. But not EVERYTHING should be free.

Remember weight loss if 80% diet and 20% exercise and 15% peoples opinions, if it works for you DO.. if it dont, try something else!

Yes yes!!! down 35lbs.. and one cup so far, DD to D... :-( liked my boobs. My hub does not notice, smaller tummy.. smaller boobs. it balances out somehow.

No pop or beer, Extra water. fruit and veggies. working out, lifting weights. Not sitting on the computer. :) making sure I eat all my Calories back! even it i have to make myself eat bowl of cheerios or drink a slim fast when I'm short (not as a meal replacement)

I dont eat breakfast. Every morning I have coffee and a glass a milk. Fills me up. But I also stick to eating several small "meals" each day, example apple with peanut butter around 10 am. My friends call this my Breakfast since it is still AM!

We all are here working toward a better PHYSICAL health. We also need to work towards abetter MENTAL health. Even after one has lost a lot of weight it hard to see your self as a new person, the person in the mirror is a harsh critic.
