Well done for the lost. Do you weigh yourself first thing in the morning? I think that makes such a difference. Just waking and drinking something affects the scales. Anyone else recommend when it's best time to weigh yourself if doing it daily?

Mindful Estong Challenge I'm going to commit to drinking coffee/tea when I feel not hungry but wanting to just munch on something. I just read this after I ate a bite size chocolate. I didn't eat it mindfully. This time I'll try and make a drink than think it needs to be eaten with something.
