The best by far that I have had is Optimum Nutrition Chocolate. Mix it with milk of choice and it's delicious. I have used Musclepharm also and it's pretty good. Currently using Isopure and it's not very pleasant but I also mix with water so....

You got this, just remember weightloss is a marathon not a sprint.
-
Once you get past the keto flu it should be smooth sailing. Takes a while before you enter ketosis but stick with it, it's worth it.
-
Take a whipped yogurt and freeze it, it's really good.
-
Weightloss will reveal abs but I would also train them directly. You want to have enough muscle to shine when you get you BF that low.
-
I dont like BMI, it doesnt take into account lean body mass. Example, the Rock is 34.3 which is obese, makes no sense right? My answer would be that it depends on your current BF%, the higher you are the more you could pull it off. Once you hit the teens your body doesnt want to let it go as easy and starts to hold onto it…

Most places like that prey on people's insecurities. "You gotta put some skin in the game to motivate you", it's all bs they usually make the goals unrealistic and nearly unattainable. Depending on what you BF is 6% could be tough. I'm trying hard to lose 3% at this point.

Athlean x all the way
-
I go 5 days a week, weights for 1.25hr then 15 to 30 min of cardio, just depends on how I feel then
-
Calorie deficit, genetics plays a part also but that tends to be the last place to leave.
-
Back and biceps with 30min of cardio. Bout 1hr 45min total oh and abs
-
What do you want? If you slow bulk now how long will you go before you cut? How long would it take you to cut to look more muscular? Do you have enough muscle underneath to look the way you want when you cut? It's all subjective, if it were me I would bulk. Enjoy the summer with friends and not restricting yourself to much…

1800 calories, 220g protein, 90g fat and 20g carbs. Sedentary life outside of the gym. Weightlifting 5 days a week with 30min of cardio afterwards. Losing roughly 1 to 2 lbs a week

I have a galaxy watch and it's ok. You get a free year of MFP premium if you link them Haha. It uses Samsung health for pretty much everything, it tries to track excercises without you saying hey I'm exercising now but it's off. Sometimes it thinks I'm riding a bike if I'm driving and the road is bumpy.

I had to go cold Turkey, it was a brutal week or so but after that I was ok. I have that habit of trying to ween off of sweets but it never actually working and I go right back to where I was so I just had to cut it off

Low carb foods for me are pork rinds, peanuts, eggs, tacos (cheese shell and low fat beef), chicken, tuna and pizza made with a mushroom cap
-
Pork rinds are amazing
-
Peanuts are my favorite snack, 5g total but 4g fiber makes it a good go to. Some slim Jim's are lower carb and are good. Other than that I eat boiled eggs like it's going out of style haha
-
A little trick I used to use was putting a whips Greek yogurt in the freezer then eating it before bed, just like icecream
-
I only weigh myself once a month, or try to since the scale is a dirty liar haha
-
Welcome to the keto life, pork rinds are your new potato chips Haha. I'm hitting 6mo and 50lbs in June so I'm a big proponent of keto.
-
I set my macros manually. Traditionally you will stay under 20g of carbs, protein would be 1 to 1.2g per lb of lean body mass then fat would be fillers until you hit your desired cals.
-
I reccomend it, I will hit 50lb this month because of keto. The worst part is the repetition of my meals. So much tuna, eggs, nuts etc..
-
3500 cals is effectively 1 lb, if you go over it's not the end of the world. Just wake up and hit the rest of the week.
-
I work through DOMS but if it's a soreness from an injury then no.
-
I do keto, will hit 50lbs this month. It's easy just boring for me. I eat so many damn eggs.
-
Take a chicken boullion cube and dissolve it in some warm water, then bottoms up. Or you can Google Keto Aid and whip up a batch.

Are you measuring? Or just taking the scales word for it? If you know your gaining fat then I would take a look at my TDEE. Chances are you may have calculated it wrong and are not at a deficit. Chances are you are losing fat because the scale is a big liar half the time
