I am not doing keto. Although my body does feel better with less carbs. I found my macros by finding my BMR and then my activity level. That new calorie output -500 cals a day to lose 1 lb a week :) I try to stick with 1 gram protein/pound body weight and then play with carbs and fats from there. Down 2.8 pounds so far!
