I found the best way to get into an eating plan was to ease into it. Don't decide one day to cut out all junk food and pop at once, maybe convert yourself to drinking diet pop or picking the slightly healthier junk food. Over time you should find it easier and easier to make these changes, never forget to treat yourself…

As I am 5'4", when I was at 174.5 lbs it gave me 1200 as I wanted to lose faster. I find that if you are picking the right types of food (not a lot of empty calories like ice cream or candy) then you should find yourself feeling fuller and more content. Another way is to eat distinguished meals rather than snacking…

The other people who've replied have fantastic points, I can't give you an essay or a step by step guide as habits and lifestyle changes are unique for everyone but I do have personal experience with this problem that I will share. I've been on and off these types of sites and only recently have I stuck to one. I basically…

I personally own an Elliptical Machine and would highly recommend it. I know the average price since it varies quite a bit, but the machine is a full body work out. If you want to get strong and if you can afford it get some smaller individual weights for strength training aswell.

I'm feeling really really tired right now. I haven't slept more than 4-5 hours a night for months.

Same! Alberta, Canada here.

I only log active calories, the total calories that you burn doing basic body functions (breaths, standing, etc.) give you a caloric deficit which causes weight loss (unless you are trying to gain weight). If you log your total calories the MFP weight loss/gain estimation won't work and you will eat more/less then you…

Hello, I am looking for more friends. I am very active and I post updates regularly.

I log daily and have been consistent for 60 days straight at the time of this reply. I am open to friend requests and my diary is open. I send PMs to check up on my friends if I don't see them online for several days and usually unfriend them if they are inactive for 15+ days with no response. I say this in the beginning…

I pay attention to my nutrient goals the same amount as I pay attention to clouds, but I do stick to my calorie goal at least a majority of the time.

I was surprised at how many calories were in just a handful of nuts, whether that be peanuts or cashew nuts. I don't entirely leave them out of my diet but I certainly cut down on them. Fruit juices were also quite a shock, I have juice as a treat now rather than a staple.

I sleep in clothes, I live in Canada in a basement 99% of the year sleeping naked would give me frostbite :P

10/10 , many moments that had the audience actually cheering. Over all fantastic, think marvel has really out done themselves yet again.
