I just look up fullbody dumbell workouts on youtube. Im really starting from scratch so not really versed in strength training methods or what moves im doing lol. Ive been following videos with straightforward compound movements. What I mean by not really pushing me is I don't seem to feel the workouts after I guess. No…

Fatloss for now. I have another 50 or so pounds to lose already down 46 pounds. Once I get closer to my goal I want to have muscle definition and not look "skinny fat". I alternate cardio and strength days and workout 6 days a week for 30/40mins atm but plan on increasing my workout sessions when I have some more endurance

The charge 3 seems to be a hit or miss product from fitbit. I haven't had any real issues with mine since I got it in May but other people seem to have all sorts of problems even having to get several replacements. I just hope mine keeps working fine until I can afford something better.

I dont know what you mean with template. I follow full body workout videos. I workout at home as I cant afford a gym membership and only have dumbbells atm. Im buying more equipment as I can afford it so im very limited at what I can do

I see a huge difference, especially in your upper body and face, but I get where youre coming from because I feel similar. I've lost 45 pounds and although I know I've gotten smaller I still feel selfconcious and cover up with big shirts. Im still 50ish pounds from my goal which might be why I still feel so big but it'll…

I wouldn't go by it. If It were accurate id be atleast 10 pounds lower by now 😂

I agree with walking. Its a great way to start. I got a fitbit and made it a goal to walk atleast 10000 steps a day. I wasnt able to do much more then that at my start weight because my knee would hurt alot but Ive since lost 45 pounds and now started working out 6 days a week. I still have a long way to go but I run 2…

If you truely love someone weight shouldnt matter I personally gained over 90 pounds in my relationship and my bf never made me feel bad about it. Still tells me im beautiful. I have lost 45 pounds since May, not for him but for my own health and wanting to feel confident again but at the end of the day he loved me no…

I use an armband too and mine tracks runs fairly accurate. Sometimes the run lines are abit sporadic but it has no issues connecting.

Im 5'2 and am eating 1400 minimum and losing. I am 186 atm but still 1000 is not enough especially if youre exercising

I run 2 miles every other day at a comfortable speed, take water breaks and walk a minute or two inbetween if needed. I dont plan to increase my distance until my pace improves. Plan to then increase by a half mile each time I feel comfortable with the current distance. I can do 2 miles fairly easily but still need breaks…

I have a long way to go fitness wise but atleast I know im going in the right direction! My goal right now is a 10 min mile before I increase my distance. 😁

1500 calories should put you in a decent deficit. Im 5'2 186/87 and im at 1400 calories. I workout 30 mins 6 days a week one day cardio one day strength. I had a small plateau for a little over 2 weeks once I started working out on the regular and have now dropped around a poind and a half in the last two days. Like…

I'm ina similar boat not gaining weight but not losing been 189/188 for almost two weeks after starting exercising. From what I've read and others have told me its water weight. Muscle retain water during the repair period and can take a little to flush it. Aslong as ypure still in a calorie defecit you should be fine. Ive…

Ive just gotten back into working out over the last 2 or so weeks after "letting myself go" for the last 6 years lol. I alternate 30 mins of cardio and strength days with one day of rest 2 if I really need it. I'll give it a few more days and If I'm still not really feeling it I'll move back up to the 15s Im kind of the…
