So I had a pretty productive day. Two 30 min walks and a 30 min run, all great and good about 20k steps yay, but my exercise calories seem way too high for that. I have my fitbit linked and dont manually put in my workouts just use my watch to track them and today it says I have 1400 exercise calories! That seems way too…

As the title says I find it difficult to do even 1 traditional push up. I can do a couple when Im on my knees but not when all the way up. How would I go about training to be able to do push ups?

Small fitness victory
I had my first fitness victory today ran my typical 2 miles but instead of a 13/14 min pace It was a 11.5 min pace 😁 not my goal but going in the right direction! Been running for about 3 weeks now but more regularly (every other day) for the last two weeks.

Protein intake cardio vs strength days
Shoukd I am to eat the same amount of protein on cardio and strength days or is it more important to have more protein on strength days? In general I try to consume around 120 grams minimum daily but wondering If I can focus less on protein on cardio days
