My first pass.... Calories - over - I'm so hungry these last few days and today I decided to give myself some grace but not over do it. I am thinking it's hormonal. Do any women up their calories a bit according to their cycles? Exercise - nope - kids, work and chores got the best of me. Tracked - yup!
