My petty reason is wanting to look fit at the ladies weekend trip I'm going on in November. They are college friends that I haven't seen since before I had my kids and I don't want to be the friend who let themself go.

I have mine public because I love looking at others diaries! It helps me get meal inspiration and it also helps me keep track of ballparking calories for certain foods (I tend to way underestimate if I don't weight things out).

Definitely made in the kitchen. When the first picture was taken I had been working out most days of the week for the 6 months prior but still eating pretty poorly and drinking alot. The only "ab" exercise I do at the gym is situps on one of those inverted benches where your feet/legs are in the air and your head near theโฆ

I lost about 20lbs between those pics (not exactly sure because I was on vacation both times). I want to lose another 15-20lbs to help with the thunder thigh situation I have going on but I think it will be much slower progress. I have been up and down the same 5 lbs since January but I'm blaming the indulgent vacation forโฆ

I weighed 174.0 this morning so officially out of overweight BMI and in the normal BMI range! My next goal is to get into the 160s which I haven't been in close to a decade when I was a freshman in college. 5lbs to go!

I have a free gym at work so I try to go on my lunch break most days. I do weight lifting, mostly lower body (squats, deadlifts, leg press, leg extension each 100-150 lbs) and some upper body but alot lighter(20-50 lbs). Try to do 10-15 minutes of cardio as a warm up to lifting 3X a week with 2X a week of either justโฆ

My current BMI is 25.4 (F,5'10 and 177lbs). The normal BMI range is 129-174. So my mini goal is to lose 3 more lbs and get out of the overweight BMI category!
