  • Right im just impatient. Especially at the fact on how quickly it came on. 18 lbs in 6 months is horrendous. Then with how petite i am it just lools so wrong.   • But this wasnt always so. I gained the weight prior to work. So now im just now trying to make it work. At one point i was eating more but it wasnt always healthh crap sadly lol

  • Thanks I just want to make sure it wont make me gain from doing so. I only eat about once or twice a day since when i work i never have time to eat from when im up at 5am to off at 4pm so i eat a small dinner and just go off 2 shakes AM and lunch. Im still learning -
  • Does work count? I deliver for a living so for 6 to 10 hours im on the go - usually 12-15k steps a day 4 days a week. I just got a treadmill so that can be on my off days??
