@autumnblade75 So i got a tread calculator for the kh so it says its 171 calories for 5 kh. So do i enter calories as that or in the US version of 200 cals?

@RelCanonical I only see like mcds and sonic and etc should I maybe add double servings to be on the safe side? I can magbe do mcds large fries even tho i didnt really π

@autumnblade75 It waant mine either when I got it. I just wanted a running treadmill π i also misjudged thr size sincr its compact. Instead of being able to job at 5 5 to a 6 i walk fast and heavily which exhausts me morr lol

@DX2JX2 No im not running or aorinting at 5. Im just heavily fast walking. I tried at 6 which was way faster but still not tona jogging point. Treadmill isnt big enough to run that 5. So i walk it out. Which is probably why im exhausted after my 30 min session lol

Calculator says 248 going 5 for 30 mins. So i guess MFP is maybe 15 cals generous ish lol. So maybe i can estimate it

Yeah I dont get on the scale because its gonna drive u crazy. U can weigh diff every day depending on if u eat or poop or bladder or in my case bloat because of my menstrual cycle so theres no point. I took photos a month ago but i wasnt doing the treadmill at that tine. I was doing situps squats and tricep curls abd iβ¦

@NorthCascades yeah i ser people weighing food and i wont do it. Not gonna add extra stress tbh lol im sire it helps but itll drive me crazy I do 30 mins rest 10 then 30 Or 15 rest 5 and do it 2 times I go from 4mph to 4.5 to 5 then 5.5 so i guess theres no telling. I cant jog or anything to do HIIT cuz its small and iβ¦

I noticed mine goes away slowly with total weight loss. Never all of it but some. Ive never attempted to target it. Its not a huge biggie with me. I do have 1 big one on my butt cheek which i hate and makes my butt look weird but I accepted it. I just wanna work on my stomach which again its never 1 focus since we cantβ¦

This is after 30 mins @NorthCascades @MT1134 i take a 10 min break n start over. Its just weird i changed the cals part but my watch says 300 after 1 hr. So 60 for 30 is weird idk which is right

@yirara I did notice I have a distance thing on my treadmill I dont even look at the cals cuz its a foreign treadmill so its like Kg or some crap.

@ceiswyn You are probably right but I dont like too many bones showing. Like my collar bone is when ive hit my limit lol. Mfp says if i want to lose 2lbs a week i need 1300 ish cals but i keep burning it off and it keeps going back up so theres no winning

According to my "dr" i should be 100lbs because i am 4"11 but when i was 160lbs my bones were popping out my mom said my face sunk in too. I cant for the life of me get under 160 and i want 150 but i can handle160 and just tone up and I am 181 currently i guess depending on bloat and other circumstances

@rheddmobile you're right but i dont leave the house i have my days where i will and go to a park and walk the mile or so but most days anxiety n depression win. Its a battle

@robertw486 Yeah I guess i can drink the calories - i can consume drinks like no other. Eating it is just the issue i suppose Ehh its like 40 to 50 steps per house to and from and the packages vary. As for tracking my scale isnt correct it says im 10lbs heavier than i actually am Thats why i just started measuring myselfβ¦
