Hey I had the same issue when I first began bulking. I began taking 2 different bulking proteins with high calories. One was optimum nutrition 1250 calories for one serving. Their instructions were over exaggerated and wanted you to consume 2-3 a day. No room for actual food. Then I switched to GNC performance pro, high…

I'll check out that website.. I am in the process of bulking so it may be a good alternative for me at the moment until I go back to maintenance. For the water thing, that was my main concern as I dont drink much water through out the day. I drink a little under a gallon when working out.. and on my rest days maybe about…

Hey thanks.. ya I don't trust gnc reps.. they work on commission. I try to avoid following their advice as I feel they sell what's in their best interest

My man I'm short 5'6 and my calorie based on age, weight, height is supposed to be 2700 calories. I'm intaking 3250 daily to bulk and it still isn't enough. I'm not gaining so this week I have to pump those numbers up. You definitely need to increase
-
Cool I sure will. Do you follow a certain weight lifting program?
-
Great thanks. I will keep an eye on this. I may need to restructure my lifting program. . Thanks for your time.
-
Cool man, ya I'm at 1.2 but sometimes hard to achieve through out the busy day. I am taking weight gainer protein so I won't know until a few weeks how lean I become.
-
Yes I have a routine with barbells. Seems as if I'm stalling. I don't feel as strong as when I first started working out. I burn out faster. I need more carbs possibly? Protein I am currently taking 1.2 G per pound.
-
