Protein intake for building? What is your intake?

Hi, I see many articles online from fitness pros and experts. And it seems as their protein intake recommendation is between.8-1.2G of intake per LB.
What are you all currently intaking to build?

1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day is optimum:

For building muscle you need 0.8-1g per pound of body weight. Nothing wrong with getting more than that but it isn't, in general, necessary to ingest more than that to build muscle.

It’s early stages for me but I try and get 1.0 - 1.2g per day mostly with meat. I’m still losing body fat but getting leaner for sure.1

Cool man, ya I'm at 1.2 but sometimes hard to achieve through out the busy day. I am taking weight gainer protein so I won't know until a few weeks how lean I become.0
