I found today’s breakfast was the most full I have felt in a looong time. It’s also the highest level of protein and the lowest carbs I’ve had since I started. Im going to try this again tomorrow.

You really need to change how you think. 4lbs a month is a huge success rate and really anything else is not needed and potentially unhealthy and unsustainable. You need to accept that proper, sustainable weightloss is a slow experience and not an overnight thing. You’re going great guns at that rate. Keep it up.

I don’t think I had food poisoning. I think I had just not eaten anything but complete whole foods for so long that my system just spun out

I measure every few days. Just out of interest. I forgot to measure for nine days so was surprised by the results today

Yeah I’ve always gone by the scales but with my new workouts atm my fluctuations are all over the place so I’ve ditched scales for a while and am measuring. My Pt suggested so I could still be motivated by the loss even if my weight wasn’t reflective of that.

I’ve only started measuring in the last month but since 9 days ago I’ve lost an inch in my waist, half an inch on my hips, 1inch lower thighs and half an inch uppers. Pretty happy about that.

I attempted to have a grilled chicken burger no sauce, bacon or cheese and was still violently ill 30 mins after. Shane because I loved the taste haha

I loveNo Way powder as I hate overly sweet things and No Way is the perfect level of subtly sweet without knocking your tongue off first thing in the am. Also dairy free which is necessary for me.

I just want to tone up as I lose. Once I hit my goal I’ll work on developing visible muscle but for now less jiggly would be good

So my my body won’t change even if I do lift while in a calorie deficit? I’m doomed to be jiggly until I reach my goal weight?

I came in here because I am 10-12kg from my goal healthy weight and am wanting to start recomp but feel like I still have loads of fat. Should I lift yet or just focus on dropping the fat atm?

Eat back at least some of your exercise calories. If you’re not active apart from purposeful exercise then keep it at not very active

Happiness isn’t a natural state. It’s an earned state. You also have to believe that you are worthy of joy to experience it. If you strive for it but you don’t think you really deserve it then it’ll continue to dodge you.

Haha. I used to work near the gulf and then as a reptile handler. Got the crocs covered. Just the people have me confused 😆
