C25K. Does it really work?
Hi, I’m looking at learning to properly run longer distance. I run about a Km with a Km break and repeat but I’d like to be able to keep running without having a break in between. Someone recommended c25k and I’m just wondering it really works? Anyone had success? Is it free?

Sealed oxyshred use by May. Should it be ok?
I just found it in the cupboard. I opened it and it smells fine but I have a workout tonight and I’m exhausted so I could do with a preworkout. Is the use by date important on oxyshred? Or any ore workout?

Huge difference between packaging serving size and mfp serving size!!!
So this is my sweet treat. I love it but I’m really confused. I scanned the barcode and mfp says the serving size is 1.5tsp at almost 400cal butthe packaging says serving size is 1.5tbsp at 110cal. I only ever have 1tsp but I’m so confused. What do I do?

I’m still 10-12kg from my goal of mid range 60kg. Aiming for about 65-66. It’s where I was my healthiest. According to MFP my HIIT session only burned 200cal!?!
So I did 30mins of non-stop running, burpees, high knees, jumps and squats and mfp has that at 200cal. I don’t have a watch atm. I feel like it should be at least 300 but maybe I’m overestimating? I worked my butt off and almost puked lol.

Low cal protein bar recommendations please
Hi guys, for the days that I wake up early to workout or work I would like the option of a good protein bar. Atm I am eating bare bars and the bar counter but I’d like to find something with a higher protein count. Around 15gm or higher. Max 150cal. Thanks

Can workout really put on 3kg of fluid?
So I weighed myself on weds and I was 76.2kg. I’ve been hovering around that for weeks now so wasn’t surprised. Weds night I started new gym classes, rpm, core and boxing (morning and night). I weighed myself thurs and I was 77.5kg, Friday 78.6kg and today 79.5kg. I have DOMS but this seems excessive! I am really tired…

Aerial yoga benefits?
So I do a fair few gym classes, boxing, core, rpm, circuit and yoga. I tried aerial yoga for the first time the other day and it felt too easy like it wasn’t working my body. Is there any benefit in regards to fitness or is it more about stretching without resistance?

Excess protein stored as fat??
I was told today that even if you are within your daily calorie limit if you don’t use the protein you eat it will be stored as fat. Is this true?

I just updated my goals but cal hasn’t changed
So I’m 75.8kg with a goal of 65kg. 5’4” 31. I changed it from a goal of 1kg/wk to 0.8kg. From lightly active to not very active as suggested. Originally it was 1200 and now it’s still 1200. Craving fresh fruit (unusual)
Do cravings generally mean anything? This week I’ve been recovery from a very bad throat infection and flu and was on antibiotics. For the last five dats I’ve been craving fruit all the time and Greek yoghurt. It’s all I want. I’m usually a savoury person and not big on fruit so I’m really confused. Any insight?
