I always know if something I eat has hidden lactose. I once had someone think I was vegan and lie to me about milk in my coffee being almond when it was dairy. 9hrs later I was still in agony and throwing up. They felt pretty bad about being jerks.

I believe that animals can actually talk but are just pretending they can’t. I only believe this when I’m drunk though. I once sat on the floor in my bathroom drunk sobbing to my cat, begging it to just speak and I wouldn’t tell anyone the truth.

You can exercise every day and get insanely fit but still be overweight unless you also eat at a calorie deficit. Exercise doesn’t equal weightloss, eating less equals weightloss

I have degenerative changes in both wrists and my dr just told me to avoid any sport that requires sudden high impact on my wrists like burpees.

I love my protein bars post workout and a couple of hours before workouts I have complex carbs

Mfp gave me 1200 cal a day. I found I was losing weight way too fast even as sedentary so I upped it until I was losing weight at a reasonable pace and ate back fifty to seventy five percent of my exercise cals. I’m dropping steadily. Start with what mfp suggests and then tweak until you are where you want to be.
