I love my protein bars post workout and a couple of hours before workouts I have complex carbs

Mfp gave me 1200 cal a day. I found I was losing weight way too fast even as sedentary so I upped it until I was losing weight at a reasonable pace and ate back fifty to seventy five percent of my exercise cals. I’m dropping steadily. Start with what mfp suggests and then tweak until you are where you want to be.

Some massively Pentecostal thing. Long dresses, braided hair. Separate men and women quarters

Once you’ve been properly tracking for ages you can pretty well eyeball and know ballpark calories. Well, I find I can. Just watch out for portion creeping
-
I prefer evenings but whenever I can get it in.

Fab. I decided to have some and see what happens.

If you recognise stupidity in your plan then perhaps take a step back and look at an achievable and sustainable plan instead of a quick fix plan. Quick is great if you’re a sprinter but proper weightloss is a marathon.

I once joined a cult for free accomodation while I travelled

I trained a therapy pony. She regularly visited disabled kids and nursing homes.

That’s not near 1200

It took me ages to notice and I was really hard on myself and it took a long time to think of myself as leaner. I was at the gym yesterday in a class and literally didn’t realise I was looking at myself.

ESA’s do not have public rights of access like Service Dogs do. She shouldn’t even have it in the gym in the first place let alone off leash and uncontrolled. And definitely not drinking from the fountain which is gross! I have trained Service dogs and therapy dogs. I own one that didn’t pass because he was too easily…

Oh I just read the update! So glad you’re doing well

Flypaper. It’s really clever and the dialogue is witty and funny. Love it

I used to work on croc safety team for a zoo

I logged it but I’m not one to eat back calories for life exercise.

Are you weighing all your foods? Are you measuring your body? If you are weight training it can mask weightloss through scale fluctuations
-
This is my exercise log from today plus the calories I’ve eaten in total
-
Unless I do a huge walk i don’t count incidental walking calories from every day activities. I count intentional exercise but only eat 50% to 75% of it back if I feel I need it.

Make and enjoy home cooking or choose options in your calorie budget.

I did half an acre today on a push mower. Thick long grass. Serious workout

Peanut butter and honey forever

You can do it!

Stress can raise cortisol levels as well which may lead to your weight fluctuating even more. Just take a deep breath, continue at your deficit and everything will right itself in time.

I used to use it daily but since converting to hiking I can’t use it anymore, I legit get motion sickness.

Different strokes for different folks.

I found it. I do them regularly and love them so

There’s no point in giving you any advice as you want to hear a particular answer and when you don’t you just argue. I honestly think you need to stop working out your body and focus on working on your emotions and mental health. I sincerely wish you the best of luck.
