Sealed oxyshred use by May. Should it be ok?

I just found it in the cupboard. I opened it and it smells fine but I have a workout tonight and I’m exhausted so I could do with a preworkout. Is the use by date important on oxyshred? Or any ore workout?

Usually packaged goods are “freshest when used by” date, not “it could poison you” date.

Worst case scenario, it'll probably just not taste as good or mix as well into liquid. Some of the chemical components may have broken down so it may not be as effective as normal. Chances are, though, it'll be fine. You'd be able to taste if it's truly gone bad.
