I am in a similar boat - Have not lost in over a month. I am starting to wonder if I am not meant to lose anymore weight. I mean, how do you know when you are done?!

In my experience, consistency is key. And, if you have a "bad" meal or "bad" day ... start again ... immediately! You got this!

Down 17 pounds (I am petite to begin with!) People I see everyday have not noticed and/or have not commented. On the other hand, people I haven't seen in a long while think I have lost a tremendous amount (again, 17 pounds is a lot from my small frame).
