I can totally relate. Every day is a challenge!

A bottled water Lunch - Toasted Sandwich made from 3 oz of oven gold turkey, a half slice of pepperjack cheese from the deli, two slices of pepperidge farm light whole wheat…

It's definitely tough to get started, but after the first few days it gets a lot easier. I've had a lot of trouble with gaining back weight I lost during the lockdown. But hey, taking that first step is the hardest part!

Same boat as well. I lost a ton but due to similar circumstances I've started gaining it back. It always helps to have others help you along and give you motivation!

Thanks everyone for your help! It's so strange to me to think that in order to start losing weight again I need to eat more, not less. I never realized my weight would stall from not eating enough.

Is it okay to eat things that like that are generally unhealthy in order to fill extra calories?
-
So knowing that now, I've been doing this all wrong for 3.5 months. I lost a ton of my 43 pounds in the first 2.5 months and now my weight has stalled. Do you think eating too few calories could have had something to do with that?

I just did this and you are right, it dropped to 1,800.....that's a pretty big difference.

I was under the impression the minimum for a male was 1,200, that's why I assumed 1,500 would be sufficient to sustain me and still give me an additional amount toward my deficit.
-
I have kept everything the same because myfitnesspal has not changed my calories required. It started with around 2,000 and it has stayed the same throughout, even though it's showing I've lost 43 pounds.

I noticed today that I have exceeded my sodium but I am still under for my calories. Is this a big concern?
-
Not yet but I'd like to start walking at least to exercise at least a little.

Thanks for the insight. What would you suggest for a breakfast idea that is both high in protein and high in fiber?

Thanks for all the help. I am a 36 year old male, I am 5'10, and weigh 275. I'd like to lose 2 a week and MFP has given me 2010.
