Looking for Friends for motivation
I've been on mfp for a while and had done pretty well losing 45 pounds. However, with the lockdown forcing everyone indoors, a lot of that has come back. My current situation makes it hard to have the motivation to continue to lose, so I was hoping to maybe find some friends on here that could help.

Needing Diet Help
I have tried this numerous times and I always end up quitting. I am starting back today but I need some help with meal planning.
