Day two done! As mentioned in another challenge I’m doing, I hope you guys don’t mind, since I am mixing this I will be taking every other day rest so it will take me longer to complete. I will continue to update!

Welcome! Hope you join. I didn’t create the challenge so please understand these are just my thoughts but I think in the spirit of us all trying to make improvements a lil adjusting would be ok, I think primary goal is to push yourself to stay active.

Greetings all! I’ve played with IF for a few years now ( haven’t been consistent ) I’ve tried the 8:16 method but struggle with giving up early breakfast and also evening supper open to thoughts and suggestions. Thanks and glad to be here!
