Thank you so much! As I recaluated my info on here my carbs have gone up to 50%, protein at 20% & fats at 30%. Doesn't this seem a bit too high on the carbs? I was thinking I would need to increase my protein..

I thought I was crazy! I keep making sure I'm eating right, drinking a lot of water & knew there was something else going on..so it is this ridiculous heat!

I'm dairy & gluten free due to food allergy so mostly proteins, veggies, fruits but I always get full so quick I can't eat much I get so nauseous...i have esophagitis so currently on treatment for that & other stomach issues...my body doesnt absorb well..
