  • Thank you so much! As I recaluated my info on here my carbs have gone up to 50%, protein at 20% & fats at 30%. Doesn't this seem a bit too high on the carbs? I was thinking I would need to increase my protein..

  • Thank you! That is what I was thinking because after I log in my food I'm already past my fats & carbs & not even near my protein goal..it makes me feel disappointed..so I think it needs adjusting

  • I need this! I cannot seem to go lower than my current weight for years! I have no gallbladder, and digestion issues so it's been crazy! If anyone has ideas on what they eat please send my way! CW:139.6 😬 GW: 125-130 !!
