Energy Needed

I have had no energy for about 2 years with no luck from doctors on what could be the cause regardless of the numerous blood tests...lack of improvement with injections of b12, vitamin b12 & vitamin D3 pills...I'm 5'4 weighing 127 lbs which is the lowest I have ever weighed, but the lack of energy makes working out let alone going on walks excruciating!! I miss having energy & I want to be able to workout to lose a few extra pounds...not sure if anyone has this issue?

Could it be related to the food you eat? What do you eat?

I'm dairy & gluten free due to food allergy so mostly proteins, veggies, fruits but I always get full so quick I can't eat much I get so nauseous...i have esophagitis so currently on treatment for that & other stomach issues...my body doesnt absorb well.. I look sick & thin to others but I feel bloated, full & overall not well all the time.

hm. sounds like weight loss is the least of your worries at the moment. Getting your guts fixed would be the best bet.

I won't opine much on this as I have non-traditional views, but from personal experience suffering from IBS in the past, it got fixed by a natural therapist rather than the traditional Western specialist who wanted to cut half of my twisted inflamed guts out and give me cortisone for the rest of my life.

Just saying... the herbs and specific diet took a long time, but worked for me.

Sorry to hear about your belly issues. That can definitely sap your energy. Hope you find a diet that works for you. :)
