  • I’m insecure about my body and I am mostly home doing art. So I don’t exercise much besides body weight exercises like crunches and push-ups.
  • What’s go good about coconut oil? It has high saturated fat. Is there something that I’m missing here?
  • I keep my net carbs under 20. Most of the carbs on that chart is fiber from eating nuts like almonds and flax seeds
  • I used to overeat a lot and I worry that I’ll be fat and unattractive. What would you suggest eating wise?
