Everyone is different, but I started by setting one big goal. And then I started looking at what changes I needed to make. I also made them realistic so that I could stay on track

I find that eating healthier is more important now than when I was younger

I just started the garmin half marathon training. Hopefully I'll be training for a marathon next year.

I've also just started running and I'm going through the same thing. New shoes and everything. My calves feel sore and tender after, but it doesn't feel like DOMS that I get from other workout. Maybe I just need to slow down a bit and have more rest days.

I started at 240, the first pic was when I reached 220. The latest pic was when I reached around 200.

I started eating slower, and I've also switched to foods that I can add more water to, like porridge.
